AMANDA GILMOUR
Amanda has a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business, is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injuries Law and is a Special Counsel in the Personal Injuries team at Travis Schultz and Partners. Amanda is Concussion Australia's Company Secretary. Amanda has first hand experience with brain injury because her partner suffered a stroke at the age of 28.
Being an accredited specialist in personal injuries law, Amanda can run CPD workshops about Concussion and the Law, including conference presentations.

PROFESSOR KAREN BARLOW
Member: Neurologist
Professor Barlow is a neurologist and academic specialising in youth concussion. She is the Chair of Paediatric Rehabilitation at the University of Queensland and was previously the Director of Concussion Research at Alberta Children's Hospital. The bulk of Professor Barlow's research focuses on concussion in children, including the use of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
